Reconciliation Day Retreat
Since your child most likely celebrate
d the Sacrament of Reconciliation in the second grade, we offer this retreat day as a means to refresh ourselves with the Sacrament. During the course of the morning, the children and at least one adult companion will attend various activities with their class. Actvities include reenacting Stations of the Cross, storytelling, Sacrament Jeopardy, a guided meditation and decorating a candle. All children and parents will have the opportunity to celebrate the Sacrament of Reconciliation. We will end our day together with lunch. Attire for the retreat should be casual and we encourage at least one parent to attend the entire retreat day with their child.
